Cooking rice doesn't have to be hard. This is our stock brown rice recipe. We use it for all of our recipes that include brown rice.
- 1 Large pot
- 1 Strainer
- 1 cup Brown rice
- 2 cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- Thoroughly rinse rice. Combine rinsed rice with the water, and olive oil in a large stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover for 35 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit, covered for 10 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and enjoy.
