Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Rolled oats
- ½ Apple, cored and cubed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds Optional
- 1½ tbsp Walnuts Chopped
Instructions
- In a small pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add apple cubes and cinnamon. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the apples start to soften and turn golden brown.½ Apple, cored and cubed, 1 tsp Vegetable oil, 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Stir in oats and water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until water is absorbed.⅔ cup Rolled oats, 1 cup Water
